The news has been full of gloom and doom for the real estate and mortgage markets over the past several months.

 

We'd love it if you'd give us your opinion on this question:

 

Given all the news on the state of the real estate market of late, if you were in the market to buy a home, would all the publicity about the subprime mortgage meltdown cause you to wait, or speed up your decision to buy now, and why?
